⚠️ अगर Correction Window अब बंद है: Jansunwai Portal (jansunwai.up.nic.in) पर complaint दर्ज करें या अपने District Welfare Office (Vikas Bhawan) में personally जाएं।
UP Scholarship के लाखों applicants में से हर साल एक बड़ा हिस्सा केवल form errors की वजह से payment नहीं पाता। 2023-24 session में 57 लाख से अधिक students ने register किया, लेकिन केवल 6.43 लाख applications final disbursement तक पहुँचीं — बाकी errors, mismatches और incomplete verification की वजह से रुक गईं।
Social Welfare Department, Uttar Pradesh ने इसी समस्या के समाधान के लिए Correction Window provide की है — ताकि students अपनी गलतियाँ officially सुधार सकें।
Correction Window किन students के लिए थी:
Online applications जुलाई 2025 से शुरू हुईं। Pre-Matric और Post-Matric की last date 30 October 2025 थी, और Dashmottar (UG/PG) की last date 20 December 2025।
Pre-Matric और Post-Matric (Class 9–12) students के लिए correction window 18 November से 28 December 2025 तक open रही।
UG/PG/Diploma students के लिए correction window 10 February से 13 February 2026 तक open रही। यह 2025-26 का सबसे critical correction window था।
Correction करने वाले students को 18 February 2026 तक corrected form की printout अपने college / institute में जमा करनी थी।
19 February से 27 February 2026 तक National Informatics Centre ने corrected data verify किया।
District Scholarship Committee 10 March 2026 तक final data lock करेगी।
DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) के through Aadhaar-linked bank accounts में payment 18 March 2026 (tentative) को होगी।
यह वो question है जो हज़ारों students search करते हैं — "Correction button portal पर दिख क्यों नहीं रहा?"
Condition 1: आपकी application में officially कोई error flag हो — जैसे Enrollment Number Mismatch, Income Certificate Mismatch, Promoted Without Marks, या Suspect Data।
Condition 2: Official Correction Window currently open हो।
दोनों conditions एक साथ पूरी होने पर ही Dashboard पर orange "Correction करें" button appear होता है।
Case A — कोई error नहीं है: आपकी application में officially कोई flagged error नहीं है। Status normal है। कोई action नहीं लेना।
Case B — Window बंद है: Correction Window अभी open नहीं है। अगली window का इंतज़ार करें या District Welfare Office से contact करें।
Case C — Portal slow/crash: Peak hours में scholarship.up.gov.in पर बहुत load होता है। सुबह 8 बजे से पहले या रात 10 बजे के बाद try करें। Incognito Mode (Ctrl+Shift+N) use करें।
केवल scholarship.up.gov.in पर जाएं। Browser में URL manually type करें — Google search से जाने पर fake websites खुल सकती हैं।
Homepage पर "Student" section में "Fresh Login" या "Renewal Login" click करें। Registration Number और Date of Birth enter करें, फिर Captcha fill करें।
Login के बाद Dashboard खुलेगा। अगर Correction Window open है और आपकी application में error है, तो orange "Correction करें" button दिखेगा। इस button को click करें।
Form खुलने पर जो fields edit करनी हों वो carefully भरें। Common corrections जो किए जा सकते हैं:
⚠️ ध्यान दें: एक बार "Final Submit" click करने के बाद दोबारा edit नहीं होगा। Submit से पहले हर detail तीन बार check करें।
सभी details verify करने के बाद Final Submit करें। Immediately "Corrected Application Form" का printout लें — कम से कम 2 copies।
Corrected form की printout और relevant documents लेकर college के Scholarship In-Charge के पास जमा करें। बिना hard copy submission के correction valid नहीं मानी जाती।
PFMS (Public Financial Management System) वो system है जिसके through government DBT payments transfer करती है। scholarship.up.gov.in अलग portal है — PFMS अलग। दोनों पर status check करना ज़रूरी है।
"Payment Successful / Credited"
पैसा transfer हो गया है। Account में 2-3 working days में दिखेगा। नहीं दिखा तो bank branch जाएं।
"Sent to PFMS / Under Process"
Normal stage है — 7 से 15 working days में payment होगी। Wait करें, कोई action नहीं।
"Pending at District Scholarship Committee"
Application जिला समिति के पास है। 15+ days से same status है तो Jansunwai Portal पर complaint करें।
"UID Never Enabled for DBT"
यह critical error है। Bank branch जाएं और "Aadhaar Seeding / DBT Mapping" form भरें। सबसे fast option है India Post Payment Bank (IPPB) में नया account खुलवाना।
"Account Validation Failed / Bank Mismatch"
NPCI mapper (mapper.npci.org.in) पर check करें कि Aadhaar से कौन सा account linked है। Bank branch जाकर correct करवाएं।
"Enrollment Number Mismatch / Suspect Data"
Correction Window open होने पर portal पर सुधारें। अभी window बंद है तो result की photocopy लेकर college scholarship cell में application दें।
Method 1 — Account Number से (सबसे आसान):
pfms.nic.in पर जाएं → "Know Your Payment" click करें → Bank Name और Account Number enter करें → Captcha → OTP → Status देखें।
Method 2 — Application ID से:
pfms.nic.in → Payments → DBT Status Tracker → "Any Other External System" select करें → Scholarship Application ID enter करें → Search।
Method 3 — UMANG App से (Mobile पर):
UMANG App download करें → "UP Scholarship" search करें → Aadhaar या Registration Number से login → Status instantly check करें।
2025-26 से Uttar Pradesh scholarship payment Aadhaar Based Payment System (ABPS) से होगी। इसका मतलब:
Aadhaar-Bank Linking कैसे verify करें:
mapper.npci.org.in पर जाएं → Aadhaar number enter करें → OTP verify करें → Linked bank account दिखेगा।
Hard copy submission के समय ये documents साथ लेकर जाएं:
Cause: Form में भरा enrollment number और university/board के record में अलग है।
Solution: Board/University का official enrollment certificate देखकर correct number fill करें।
Cause: Income certificate का number या details form से match नहीं कर रहे।
Solution: Tehsildar office से issued current year का certificate लें।
Cause: Previous year की marksheet portal पर upload नहीं है या marks missing हैं।
Solution: Result की certified copy college scholarship cell में submit करें।
Cause: Form में भरा account Aadhaar से linked नहीं है।
Solution: Bank branch जाएं और Aadhaar seeding confirm करवाएं।
Option 1: Jansunwai Portal
jansunwai.up.nic.in पर complaint दर्ज करें। 90% cases 7–15 दिन में solve होते हैं। Complaint reference number ज़रूर save करें।
Option 2: District Welfare Office
Vikas Bhawan में District Social Welfare Officer से personally मिलें। Form correction letter और सभी documents साथ लेकर जाएं।
Option 3: CM Helpline
1076 पर call करें — Chief Minister's Helpline। Scholarship related complaints यहाँ भी register होती हैं।

Q1. UP Scholarship Correction Date 2026 — Next Window कब है?
Ans: Dashmottar correction window 10–13 February 2026 को close हो चुकी है। Pre/Post Matric window Nov–Dec 2025 में थी। अगली correction window की date scholarship.up.gov.in पर announce होगी। Portal के "Latest News" section पर नज़र रखें।
Q2. Portal पर Correction Button नहीं दिख रहा — क्या करें?
Ans: Button तभी दिखता है जब आपकी application में error flag हो AND window open हो। अगर window बंद है या error नहीं है तो button appear नहीं होगा।
Q3. PFMS Status Pending है — पैसा कब आएगा?
Ans: "Sent to PFMS" status normal है — 7–15 working days में payment होगी। 18 March 2026 tentative payment date है। 20+ days से pending है तो Jansunwai Portal पर complaint करें।
Q4. Hard Copy submit नहीं की — क्या scholarship मिलेगी?
Ans: Hard copy mandatory है। बिना इसके correction valid नहीं मानी जाती। Immediately institute में जमा करें और District Welfare Office से guidance लें।
Q5. पैसा form में दिए account में क्यों नहीं आया?
Ans: Payment ABPS (Aadhaar Based Payment System) से होती है — Aadhaar-linked account में जाती है। mapper.npci.org.in पर check करें कि Aadhaar से कौन सा account linked है।
Q6. "UID Never Enabled for DBT" error fix कैसे करें?
Ans: तुरंत bank branch जाएं और Aadhaar Seeding / DBT Mapping form भरें। India Post Payment Bank (IPPB) में account खुलवाना fastest option है।
Q7. Scholarship status check करने का सबसे आसान तरीका कौन सा है?

UP Scholarship 2025-26 का correction process अब final stages में है। जिन students ने correction की और hard copy जमा की — उनका payment 18 March 2026 (tentative) को आएगा।
अगर अभी भी कोई problem है — PFMS status unclear है, Aadhaar linking नहीं हुई, या कोई error है — तो wait मत करें। Jansunwai Portal पर complaint दर्ज करें और PFMS helpline पर call करें।
सबसे ज़रूरी काम अभी: mapper.npci.org.in पर check करें कि आपका Aadhaar सही bank account से linked है। यह एक minute का काम है और यही सबसे common payment problem का root cause है।
