अगर आपकी पुरानी marksheet गुम हो गई है या खराब हो गई है — और job interview, college admission, या passport के लिए अभी चाहिए — तो DigiLocker से 5 मिनट में verified PDF download हो जाती है, बिल्कुल free, बिना school या board office के चक्कर लगाए। यह digitally signed document original marksheet के बराबर legally valid है। बस एक बार सही steps follow करने होंगे — जो इस article में board-wise detail में दिए गए हैं।
DigiLocker — भारत सरकार का Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY) का एक official digital platform है। इसे Digital India Programme के तहत बनाया गया है।
सरल भाषा में — यह एक government-backed digital locker है जहाँ CBSE, UP Board, ICSE जैसे boards अपने students की marksheets, passing certificates, और migration certificates directly "push" करते हैं।
इसका मतलब है — जब CBSE आपकी marksheet DigiLocker पर upload करता है, तो वो document directly board से आता है — कोई third party नहीं, कोई fake नहीं। इसीलिए यह original marksheet के बराबर legally valid है।
IT Act 2000 के Rule 9A के तहत — DigiLocker से issued documents को physical original document के बराबर माना जाता है।
DigiLocker Marksheet के फायदे:
यह वो जानकारी है जो ज़्यादातर websites clearly नहीं बताती — और लोग घंटों search करते रहते हैं।

अगर आपने 2015 या 2016 में CBSE का exam दिया था — DigiLocker पर आपकी marksheet नहीं होगी। CBSE ने DigiLocker पर data upload 2017 से शुरू किया।
अगर आपने 2018 में UP Board दिया था — DigiLocker पर नहीं होगी। UP Board 2021 से DigiLocker से जुड़ा।
लेकिन घबराइए मत। Section 8 में हम बताएंगे कि पुराने साल की marksheet के लिए क्या alternatives हैं।
अगर पहले से account है — यह section skip करो।

Step 1: digilocker.gov.in खोलो → "Sign Up" पर click करो।
Step 2: अपना mobile number enter करो → OTP आएगा → enter करो।
Step 3: अपना नाम, Date of Birth, gender fill करो।
Step 4: एक Username और Password बनाओ।
Step 5: Security PIN set करो — 6 digits का। यह login के लिए ज़रूरी होगा।
Step 6: (Optional लेकिन Recommended) — Aadhaar link करो। इससे document fetch करना आसान होता है।
Account बन गया! अब marksheet download करने के steps follow करो।
CBSE की DigiLocker पर 2017 से marksheets available हैं। नीचे दोनों methods दिए गए हैं।
यह method तब काम करता है जब आपका mobile number CBSE से registered नहीं था।
Step 1: DigiLocker में login करो।
Step 2: Dashboard पर "Search Documents" या "Browse by Issuer" पर जाओ।
Step 3: Search box में "CBSE" टाइप करो → "CBSE Academic Repository" select करो।
Step 4: Document type select करो:
Step 5: Details enter करो:
Step 6: "Get Document" पर click करो।
Step 7: Document आपकी screen पर दिखेगा → "Save to Locker" → फिर "Download PDF" करो।
यह method तब होता है जब school ने आपको CBSE का 6-digit Security PIN दिया हो।
Step 1: cbseservices.digilocker.gov.in/activatecbse खोलो।
Step 2: "Get Started with Account Confirmation" पर click करो।
Step 3: Class select करो (X या XII) → School Code → Roll Number → 6-digit Security PIN enter करो।
Step 4: Mobile number → OTP verify करो।
Step 5: Account activate होने के बाद marksheet automatically "Issued Documents" में दिखेगी।
Security PIN नहीं मिला? अपने school से contact करो — CBSE ने school के DigiLocker account में यह PIN दिया होता है। या Method A use करो — PIN के बिना भी काम करता है।
UP Board (UPMSP) DigiLocker से 2021 से जुड़ा है। यानी 2021 और 2022 की marksheet मिलेगी।
Step 1: digilocker.gov.in login करो।
Step 2: "Search Documents" → "Browse by Issuer" में जाओ।
Step 3: Search में टाइप करो: "Board of High School and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh" → select करो।
Step 4: Document type choose करो:

Alternative — results.digilocker.gov.in से: UP Board marksheet एक direct portal से भी मिलती है — results.digilocker.gov.in पर जाओ → UP Board select करो → Roll Number और DOB enter करो → Download करो।
ICSE (Class 10) और ISC (Class 12) — दोनों CISCE board के अंतर्गत आते हैं।
Step 1: DigiLocker login करो।
Step 2: "Search Documents" → Search box में "CISCE" टाइप करो।

Process सभी के लिए same है: DigiLocker → Search Documents → अपना Board search करो → Document type select → Details enter → Download।
यह section उन लोगों के लिए है जिनकी 2015, 2016, या उससे पहले की marksheet DigiLocker पर नहीं है।
cbse.digitallocker.gov.in पर जाओ → "Search Marksheet" option → Roll Number, Year, DOB enter करो।
यहाँ से employer या institution verify कर सकते हैं — लेकिन student खुद download नहीं कर सकता (2016 और उससे पहले के लिए)।
अगर interview में कोई verify करना चाहे — यह URL share करो और वो खुद check कर सकते हैं।
CBSE के Regional Office में जाओ (या online apply करो):
School principal द्वारा attested photocopy — कई employers और colleges accept करते हैं। School के पास अपने records होते हैं।

अगर आपको लगता है कि record होना चाहिए था:
यह वो section है जो हर दूसरी website miss करती है। "No Record Found" आने के actual reasons और solutions:
Fix 1 — Roll Number में Leading Zero check करो: बहुत candidates "01234" की जगह "1234" enter कर देते हैं। Admit card पर exact format देखो — leading zeros समेत।
Fix 2 — Date of Birth format check करो: DigiLocker DD/MM/YYYY format माँगता है। 05/08/2000 ≠ 5/8/2000 — कुछ cases में यह difference error देता है।
Fix 3 — Year of Passing verify करो: कुछ लोग exam year और passing year confuse कर लेते हैं। अगर 2019 में exam दिया और 2019 में pass हुए — तो "2019" enter करो।
Fix 4 — Correct Board Name select करो: "CBSE" और "CBSE Academic Repository" अलग options हैं। Marksheet के लिए specifically "CBSE Academic Repository" select करना होगा।
Fix 5 — Aadhaar Link करो: कुछ boards के documents तभी fetch होते हैं जब DigiLocker account Aadhaar से linked हो। Settings → Link Aadhaar → OTP verify करो।
Fix 6 — Peak Time से बचो: Result का दिन, या exam season में DigiLocker servers heavy load पर होते हैं। रात 11 बजे से सुबह 6 बजे के बीच try करो — server fast होता है।
Fix 7 — Browser/App Update करो: पुराना DigiLocker app या browser cache की वजह से भी error आ सकती है। App update करो, browser cache clear करो, फिर try करो।

Share कैसे करें: Downloaded PDF को Gmail, WhatsApp, या directly किसी portal पर upload कर सकते हो।
गलती 1 — गलत Board select करना: "UP Board" और "Board of High School and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh" — दोनों अलग listings हो सकती हैं DigiLocker में। Exact name notification में check करो।
गलती 2 — Screenshot save करना PDF की जगह: DigiLocker marksheet का screenshot लेना — यह legally valid नहीं है और verification में fail होगी। हमेशा "Download PDF" करो — QR code के साथ।

नहीं — DigiLocker से marksheet download बिल्कुल free है। Duplicate certificate CBSE/Board से apply करने पर fee लगती है — लेकिन DigiLocker download free है।
Q12. DigiLocker की marksheet share link से कैसे भेजें?
DigiLocker app/website में document open करो → "Share" button → एक secure link generate होगी → यह link भेजो। Link expire हो जाती है कुछ समय बाद — permanent share के लिए PDF download करके भेजो।
Q13. क्या graduation/college marksheet भी DigiLocker पर मिलती है?
