SSC GD 2026 — Physical Stage का पूरा Structure समझें

Physical stage में confuse होना common है। यह तीन चीज़ें अलग-अलग हैं — तीनों की जानकारी अलग से दी गई है।

PET और PST qualifying nature के होते हैं — इनके marks final merit list में नहीं जोड़े जाते। लेकिन इन्हें clear करना compulsory है — बिना इनके आगे नहीं जा सकते।

✅ BLOCK 1 — सभी candidates के लिए अनिवार्य (Mandatory for All)

Document 1: PET/PST Admit Card

• CRPF website rect.crpf.gov.in से download करें
• Printed copy mandatory है — बिना इसके entry नहीं मिलेगी
• Admit card पर आपका नाम, roll number, exam centre और reporting time होता है

Document 2: Matriculation / 10th Certificate या Mark Sheet

• Age proof, name proof और educational qualification — तीनों के लिए यही certificate use होता है
• Board का original certificate लाएं — photocopy अलग से

• Aadhaar Card

• यह सबसे critical document है — इसके बिना candidature immediately cancel हो जाएगी
• Application form में जो State/UT fill किया था, उसी state का Domicile/PRC लाना अनिवार्य है — दूसरे state का PRC accepted नहीं होगा।
• Tehsildar / SDM / District Collector से issued होना चाहिए

Document 5: Passport Size Photographs

• कम से कम 6 से 8 copies

SC / ST Candidates — Caste Certificate

• Competent authority से issued — format Annexure-VI में है (download link नीचे)
• State of origin का certificate लाएं
• Caste certificate पर candidate का नाम, parents का नाम, district और caste clearly mention हो

OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates — OBC-NCL Certificate

• Creamy layer में नहीं होना चाहिए — यह certificate में specifically mention होना ज़रूरी है
• Certificate format Annexure-VII में है
• Financial Year 2025-2026 का valid certificate

EWS Candidates — Income & Asset Certificate

• EWS candidates को Financial Year 2025-2026 के लिए valid Income & Asset Certificate चाहिए जो FY 2024-25 की income पर based हो।

Admit Card Download कैसे करें — Step-by-Step

SSC GD Physical Test का Admit Card CRPF की official website rect.crpf.gov.in पर release होता है — SSC की website पर नहीं।

Step 1: rect.crpf.gov.in open करें

Step 2: Homepage पर "SSC GD Physical Admit Card" link ढूंढें

Step 3: Registration Number और Date of Birth enter करें

Step 4: Submit करें — Admit Card screen पर आ जाएगा

Step 5: PDF download करें और 2 printouts लें — एक साथ रखें, एक backup

⚠️ Printed copy of Admit Card के बिना PET/PST venue पर entry नहीं मिलेगी — यह mandatory है।

Physical Centre पर क्या होगा — पूरा Process

Physical test centre पर पहुँचने के बाद यह sequence follow होती है:

Step 1 — Biometric Verification SSC GD Physical Test RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology के साथ conduct होता है — biometric data capture किया जाएगा। Admit Card और Photo ID यहाँ check होगा।

Step 2 — PST (Physical Standard Test) Height, Weight और Chest (male candidates) measure होगा। जो candidates minimum standards meet नहीं करते — उन्हें यहीं से disqualify किया जाता है।

Step 3 — PET (Physical Efficiency Test) PST में eligible candidates को running के लिए भेजा जाता है। Male — 5 km in 24 minutes। Female — 1.6 km in 8.5 minutes।

Step 4 — DME/DV (बाद में) PET/PST clear करने के बाद अलग date पर DME और Document Verification के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। यहाँ complete documents checklist ज़रूरी होगी।

SSC GD physical stage में हर साल हज़ारों candidates केवल documents की गलती की वजह से बाहर हो जाते हैं। यह mistakes avoid करें:

Mistake 1: Wrong State का Domicile Certificate Application form में जो state fill किया था, उसी state का PRC लाएं। अगर दूसरे state का PRC लाए — candidature immediately cancel।

Mistake 2: OBC certificate में "Non-Creamy Layer" नहीं लिखा OBC certificate में specifically "Non-Creamy Layer" mention होना ज़रूरी है। केवल OBC certificate काफी नहीं है।

Mistake 3: Expired Certificate EWS certificate FY 2025-2026 के लिए valid होना चाहिए। Outdated certificate rejected होगा।

Mistake 4: Date of Birth Mismatch Application form और Matriculation certificate में DOB same होनी चाहिए। Mismatch = cancellation।

Mistake 5: Photocopy साथ नहीं लाना Original documents के साथ self-attested photocopies भी ज़रूरी हैं। कुछ centres originals वापस कर देते हैं, photocopy रख लेते हैं।

Physical Test की तैयारी — Last Week Tips

Running Practice: Male candidates के लिए 5 km की running 24 minutes में करनी है। अगर अभी 28-30 minutes में कर रहे हैं, तो daily 5 km + interval running से एक week में improvement आती है।

Height/Weight के बारे में: Height में कोई jugaad काम नहीं करता — यह fixed है। Weight के लिए exam से पहले extreme dieting avoid करें — body weak हो जाती है।

Hydration: Running से पहले अच्छे से hydrated रहें। Test centre पर पानी की bottle साथ रखें।

SSC GD 2026 Notification 1 December 2025 को 25,487 vacancies के लिए release हुई। Online applications 1 से 31 December 2025 तक भरे गए।

Computer Based Examination (CBT) जो 23 February 2026 से होनी थी, उसे postpone कर दिया गया है — नई dates SSC official website पर announce होंगी।
