UPTET 2026 का notification आज — 28 March 2026 — live है, और आपके पास apply करने के लिए सिर्फ 29 दिन बचे हैं। अगर आप UP में government या private school में teacher बनना चाहते हैं — Primary (Class 1-5) हो या Upper Primary (Class 6-8) — तो यह certificate mandatory है। Last date 26 April 2026 है, exam 2-4 July 2026 को होगा, और अच्छी बात यह है कि कोई negative marking नहीं है — यानी सभी 150 questions attempt करो, penalty नहीं मिलेगी।
UPTET यानी Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test — यह Uttar Pradesh सरकार का वो qualifying exam है जो prove करता है कि आप UP के schools में teaching के लिए eligible हैं।
किसने बनाया: NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) के RTE Act 2009 के mandates के अनुसार — हर candidate जो Class 1-8 में government school में पढ़ाना चाहता है, उसे TET qualify करना ज़रूरी है।
UP में UPTET कौन conduct करता है? पहले UPBEB (UP Basic Education Board) करता था। अब UPESSC (Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission) conduct करती है।
UPTET qualify करने के बाद क्या मिलता है?
UPTET certificate किसे नहीं चाहिए? जो Class 9 से ऊपर पढ़ाना चाहते हैं — उन्हें UPTET नहीं, UPSESSB (Secondary) का exam देना होगा।

No Negative Marking का strategic फायदा:
Since there is no negative marking, candidates are encouraged to attempt all questions — यह UPTET का सबसे बड़ा advantage है। अगर कोई question नहीं आता — guess करो, penalty नहीं मिलेगी। सभी 150 questions attempt ज़रूर करो।
Paper 1 is for those aiming to teach Classes I to V — इसमें 5 sections हैं, हर section में 30 questions (30 marks):
यह section सबसे important है — Paper 1 और Paper 2 दोनों में यही section होता है। इसकी अच्छी तैयारी दोनों papers में score बढ़ाती है।
Application के समय एक language choose करनी होगी।
The main subjects include Child Development & Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics & Science or Social Studies (Paper 2). The UPTET exam contains 150 objective type questions (MCQs) — Paper 2 में 4 sections हैं:
Paper 1 जैसा — लेकिन 11-14 age group (adolescent) पर focus।
Application के समय choose करें।
यह section 60 marks का है — पूरे paper का 40%।
Option A — Mathematics & Science (Science stream वाले):
Option B — Social Studies / Social Science (Arts/Commerce stream वाले):
The optional subject (either Mathematics & Science or Social Studies) carries 60 marks out of the total 150 marks. It is the highest-weightage section in the Paper II exam. इस section में अच्छे marks लाना selection के लिए critical है।
Many coaching sites continue to mention the standard qualifying benchmark of 60% for General and 55% for reserved categories, which translates to 90 marks and about 82 marks respectively out of 150.

UPTET 2026 में एक Form Correction Window दी गई है:

इस window में आप correct कर सकते हो:
क्या change नहीं होगा: Name, DOB, Category — ये permanent fields हैं।
Practical Advice: Submit के बाद confirmation page ध्यान से check करो। कोई error है तो correction window का wait मत करो — note करो और 27 April को पहले काम यही करो।
यह वो जानकारी है जो बहुत candidates confuse करती है:
पहले: UPTET certificate 5 साल के लिए valid था।
Supreme Court के Order के बाद (2022): TET certificate को lifetime valid किया गया।
यानी — UPTET 2026 qualify करने पर जो certificate मिलेगा वो ज़िंदगी भर valid रहेगा। बार-बार देने की ज़रूरत नहीं।
लेकिन ध्यान रखो: पुराने certificates (2017, 2019 आदि) की validity उनकी issue date से count होती थी — उनके लिए नए rules अलग हो सकते हैं। 2022 के बाद issued certificates lifetime valid हैं।
आज 28 March 2026 है। Exam 2 July 2026 को है। यानी 97 दिन बचे हैं।
Master the NCERT Books: For subject-specific topics in both papers, follow NCERT textbooks from Classes 1 to 8. Most questions in the UPTET syllabus 2026 are derived from these sources. Focus on Pedagogy: Nearly half of the questions are related to teaching methods.
गलती 1 — Language II Apply के बाद Change करने की कोशिश: Application submit होने के बाद Language II change नहीं होती — correction window में यह possible है। लेकिन correction window miss की तो stuck हो जाओगे। Apply करने से पहले तय करो — English, Urdu, या Sanskrit।
गलती 2 — Wrong Paper Selection: B.Ed qualified है लेकिन Paper 1 (Primary) select कर दिया और Paper 2 नहीं — तो Primary level teaching के लिए B.Ed valid है या नहीं यह eligibility controversy बन सकती है। अपनी exact qualification की eligibility official notification से verify करो।
गलती 3 — Training Course "Final Year" में होने के बावजूद detail गलत भरना: Final year students eligible हैं — लेकिन form में "Passed" और "Appearing/Final Year" का option clearly fill करो। गलत status भरना document verification में problem बनेगा।
गलती 4 — Correction Window Ignore करना: Form submit होने के बाद 27 April – 1 May में correction window आएगी। इसे ignore मत करो — एक बार form carefully check करो और कोई error हो तो ठीक करो।
गलती 5 — Admit Card Exam Center Address नहीं Check करना: 30 June को admit card आएगा — exam 2 July को है। सिर्फ 2 दिन। Admit card आते ही exam center का exact address और route plan करो। UP में center दूसरे district में भी हो सकता है।

Q8. UPTET qualify करने के बाद directly teacher बन जाते हैं? नहीं — UPTET सिर्फ eligibility certificate है। Teaching job के लिए Super TET (UP Assistant Teacher Bharti) अलग से देना होगा। UPTET बिना Super TET में apply नहीं होता।
Q9. UPTET और CTET में क्या फर्क है? CTET central government का exam है — central schools (KVS, NVS) और कुछ states में valid। UPTET UP-specific है — UP government schools के लिए। कुछ UP private schools दोनों accept करती हैं।
Q10. क्या OBC candidates को UPTET में age relaxation मिलती है? UPTET में कोई age limit ही नहीं है — इसलिए age relaxation का question नहीं उठता।
Q11. UPTET 2026 का admit card कहाँ से मिलेगा? upessc.up.gov.in पर — 30 June 2026 को available होगा। Registration number और DOB से login करके download करो।
Q12. क्या दोनों papers एक ही दिन होंगे? Exam 2, 3, 4 July को है — 3 दिन में। Paper-wise schedule admit card और official notice में confirm होगा। Generally Paper 1 और Paper 2 अलग shifts में होते हैं।
Q13. Language II में कौन-सी language best रहेगी? जिस language में आप strongest हों — English सबसे common choice है, Sanskrit comparatively easier मानी जाती है। Urdu वाले candidates के लिए Urdu natural choice है।
Q14. UPTET 2026 का result कब आएगा? Official result date अभी announce नहीं हुई। Exam July में है — result generally 45-60 दिन बाद आता है। upessc.up.gov.in पर check करते रहो।
