Educational Qualification:

Full-time B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. (Engg.) in relevant discipline with minimum 65% marks (or equivalent CGPA) ज़रूरी है।

Important Details:

• Degree Full-time होनी चाहिए — Part-time या Distance Learning invalid
• Minimum marks: 65% (General/EWS/OBC) — SC/ST के लिए 60% (notification confirm करेगा)

GATE Requirement:

Candidates must have appeared in and cleared the GATE 2026 examination in the relevant engineering discipline. GATE 2024 or GATE 2025 scores will not be considered.

5. Final Year Students Apply कर सकते हैं? — Important Clarification

हाँ — Final year students apply कर सकते हैं, लेकिन conditions हैं:

• Students passing out in 2025 or 2026 are eligible
• Candidates who appeared/passed in 2024 or earlier are NOT eligible
• Final-year students (exams April–June 2026) can apply if they have 65% till last declared result and secure 65% final by 01.07.2026

6. GATE 2024/2025 Score वाले Apply कर सकते हैं?

बिल्कुल नहीं।

Merely appearing in or clearing GATE 2026 does not automatically register a candidate for EIL Management Trainee recruitment.

• Option A: ₹60,000 + Accommodation + Transport
• Option B: ₹60,000 + ₹15,000 (lieu of accommodation/transport)

Absorption के बाद (Engineer Grade E-1):

E-1 Grade: Pay Scale ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000

Stage 1 — GATE 2026 Score Based Shortlisting:

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their GATE 2026 Score in the respective discipline (CH/ME/CE/EE).

• Higher GATE score = higher chance of shortlisting

Step 1 — Portal Open करो

20 March 2026 के बाद (0000 hours से) recruitment.eil.co.in खोलो। "Recruitment of Management Trainees" section ढूंढो।

Step 2 — Post Select करो

दो options होंगे:

• MT (Construction) — field/site work prefer करते हो तो यह
